Housing Agent - Copenhagen:
We are looking for a Housing Agent, with the abilities and the craving for distributing attractive accommodations for companies in Copenhagen
Primary tasks:

Renting out houses and apartments in Copenhagen

Key account function in relation to chosen Business partners and larger clients

Writing up contracts and agreements of distribution
-
Confirming leases with landlords and clients
Qualifications:
-
You probably work as a real-estate agent or you are used to working with sales and the contact to clients

You are capable of working on your own and you are able to structure your day
-
You are used to working with Word and Excel
-
You can take the initiative and you are presentable towards our clients and you are sales and budget oriented
-
You will mach your colleagues if you have a good sence of humour and a presentable style
