Housing Denmark was established by its current owner, Steen Lundsfryd, in 2004 and has during the last 5 years profiled it self as a strong brand, mainly through our strong knowledge of the housing business in Denmark.
Our references cover a wide range of some of Denmark’s largest businesses, and we have had the privilege of being chosen as key suppliers to several large International Blue Chip clients.
Since the company started we have had the pleasure of helping more than 1000 clients in either finding a new home in Denmark or renting out their home, we have specialized in the greater Copenhagen area but our business has spread all over Denmark and we are now offering houses and apartments on Funen and in Jutland as well.
We launched our present website in the middle of 2008 and have been proud of being able to present all of our houses and apartments online, to the satisfaction of both our clients and the landlords renting out their beautiful homes.
Our main focus is Housing Services, and we are happy that we are able to offer all kinds of houses and apartments, both furnished and unfurnished.
Through the years we have worked with a wide range of companies offering related services to our business, and since we do not do relocation, we have found some reliable partners so we are able to offers most things that our clients, stationed in a foreign country, have needed. We are also proud of being able to offer car-rental through AVIS – rent a car.
The variety of apartments and houses that we offer, has given us the opportunity to help our clients in finding housing for expatriates staying here short term needing a small and well located apartment and the ambassador needing a long term presentable and luxurious house in the most exclusive areas of Denmark.
We have been acknowledged from our clients for our personal dialog with both the landlords that we have helped by renting out their homes, and from the tenants who have been pleased with our personal way of handling their wishes to a new home.
